How Worldku collects, uses, and protects your data across the Hub and connected Scenes.

Data we collect

Account identity (email) and your Soul/memory data are held in a central, access-controlled cloud database operated on our behalf. Each Scene may store its own Scene-private data linked to your account.

Analytics & consent

Product analytics, provided by a third-party analytics processor, run only after you grant consent; analytics are disabled by default and gated by a consent wrapper.

Media & third-party providers

Avatars and media are stored with a dedicated cloud object-storage provider. If you connect your own voice provider (BYOK), your provider key is used only for your requests and is stored encrypted.

Export & deletion

You can export your data and delete your account from Settings → Account. Deletion cascades to Scene-private data and is logged.
