Acceptable Use Policy
The usage rules for Worldku, including prohibited AI generation and abuse.
Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy, also called the Usage Policy, is incorporated into the Worldku Terms of Service. It explains content and activities that are not allowed when using Worldku, including worldku.com and related software, features, applications, websites, and services (the "Service").
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
1. General Rule
You must use the Service lawfully, safely, and responsibly. You are responsible for your Input, your use of Output, and any actions you take based on Output.
You must not use, direct, support, or allow use of the Service to generate, upload, request, distribute, publish, automate, or facilitate prohibited content, conduct, or decisions.
Where applicable law requires disclosure that Output is AI-generated, you are responsible for making that disclosure.
2. Sexual, Explicit, and Minor Safety Content
You must not use the Service for:
- NSFW, explicit, pornographic, erotic, or sexually suggestive content generation;
- sexual services, prostitution, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation;
- sexual violence or non-consensual sexually explicit content;
- sexually explicit content involving intellectual property, characters, or likenesses you do not have rights to use;
- sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, grooming, or any sexualized content involving minors;
- violent, self-harm, bullying, defamatory, dangerous, or inappropriate content directed at minors; or
- helping minors access the Service.
3. Violence, Physical Harm, and Dangerous Activity
You must not use the Service for:
- terrorism, organized violence, hate-based violence, or threats to public safety or critical infrastructure;
- weapons, explosives, CBRNE materials, or instructions that could enable serious physical harm;
- threats, incitement, coordination, or glorification of violence; or
- content that promotes, encourages, glamorizes, or instructs self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other dangerous behavior.
4. Abuse, Harassment, and Hate
You must not use the Service for:
- harassment, coercion, threats, defamation, persistent unwanted contact, or other conduct that harms personal dignity or mental well-being;
- bullying, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse;
- hateful conduct, hate-based violence, or abuse targeting protected or vulnerable groups; or
- arbitrary censorship or improper restriction of expression or access to information.
5. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity
You must not use the Service for:
- illegal goods, services, transactions, or gambling involving real money or economic benefit;
- fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, spam, misinformation, election or democratic-process manipulation, or abuse of trust;
- evading law, enforcement, sanctions, payment rules, or access controls; or
- generating or distributing content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
6. Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Data Misuse
You must not use the Service for:
- unauthorized access to, alteration of, destruction of, or interference with systems, networks, data, accounts, or assets;
- probing, scanning, penetrating, disabling, bypassing, overloading, or misusing security, rate-limit, abuse-prevention, or access-control mechanisms;
- scraping, harvesting, extracting, collecting, analyzing, using, or disclosing personal data without lawful and valid consent;
- unauthorized facial recognition databases or remote biometric identification in public spaces;
- sensitive-attribute inference, unjustified emotion or mental-state inference in work or education settings, or criminal-risk prediction based solely on profiling; or
- submitting data subject to special legal protection beyond ordinary personal data, such as health, financial, biometric, government-ID, or similar sensitive data, unless we expressly support that use.
7. High-Risk Decisions and Professional Advice
You must not use the Service for:
- fully automated high-risk decisions in areas such as social infrastructure, education, housing, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, public services, national security, immigration, criminal justice, or law enforcement without appropriate qualified human involvement; or
- professional advice or judgments requiring a license, qualification, or permit without appropriate qualified professional involvement.
8. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that you have violated or are likely to violate this Policy, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service and take other reasonable steps without prior notice.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and effective date on the legal page, unless another form of notice is required by law.
