How Worldku collects, uses, and protects your data across the Hub and connected Scenes.

Data we collect

Account identity (email) and your Soul/memory data are held in a central database (Supabase). Each Scene may store its own Scene-private data linked to your account.

Analytics & consent

Product analytics (PostHog) run only after you grant consent; analytics are disabled by default and gated by a consent wrapper.

Media & third-party providers

Avatars and media are stored on Cloudflare R2. If you connect your own voice provider (BYOK), your provider key is used only for your requests and is stored encrypted.

Export & deletion

You can export your data and delete your account from Settings → Account. Deletion cascades to Scene-private data and is logged.
